About

ANA has placed the first order for 777s on 19th December 1990. ANA was one of the airlines, which were invited by Boeing to help them designing a new airplane, which late became the T7. In December 1995 ANA has received their first 777-200. ANA were flying their 777s a long time only in Asia, with the order for 77Es and later for 77Ws the routes were growing in length. Now, ANA is flying their 77W mostly to destinations in the USA and to LHR. ANA will phase out its 747-400's in favor of more Boeing 777-300ERs.
