About
Air China has ordered its ten 777s on 24th March 1997.
For a long time Air China operated its 777s only in EastAsia, mainly to familiarize the pilots with the 777.
Later the routes were extended to Australia.
In 2005 the flight to MUC was flown the 1st time with a T7.
In 2006/07 one of the flights (the morning arrvial) to FRA was operated with a 777.
Now, with the introduction of A332s into Air China's fleet the 777s have returned to high-density routes in Asia.
