EVA Air has placed the order for the 777s on 27th June 2000. This order was for 77L, 77W and 77Fs. Later, all ordered 777s were switched to the 777-300ER.
EVA's first three 77Ws are sporting a special color scheme: a wave which is morphing its color from green to orange and huge 777-300ER titles.
EVA Air's 777s have mood lighting and "stars in heaven" in Premium Laurel class and Elite class.
